Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Staqk mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Staqk ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Staqk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Not medical advice. Staqk is a personal tracking and logging tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol, medication, peptide, or supplement regimen. You use Staqk entirely at your own risk.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Staqk. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2. Account

You may use Staqk in local mode (no account required) or create a cloud account for sync and backup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@staqk.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others or share your account with other people.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 15-day free trial of Staqk Premium. Your payment method is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

Subscription plans

Staqk offers monthly, annual, and lifetime access plans. Prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

Managing & cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the app under Profile → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current period.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
Use the Service to provide medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical advice to others
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to community features
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the Service in any way that could harm Staqk or its users

5. Community & user content

If you post content in community features (posts, comments), you retain ownership of that content but grant Staqk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service. You are solely responsible for your posts and must not share content that is false, harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

6. Health & safety disclaimer

Staqk does not endorse, recommend, or validate any particular compound, protocol, dose, or treatment. Information in the app (including compound descriptions, community posts, and suggested protocols) is for informational and tracking purposes only.

The use of peptides, hormones, and other compounds may carry significant health risks. Staqk assumes no responsibility for any health outcomes, adverse effects, or consequences arising from the use of any substance tracked through the app.

7. Intellectual property

The Staqk app, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Staqk and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staqk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Staqk operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
